Getting to Brisbane
The city is served by two airports. Brisbane Airport is the city's main airport and the third busiest in Australia. It is located at Eagle Farm, north-east of the city centre and provides domestic and international passenger services. Archerfield Airport acts as a general aviation airport.
There are three main types of public transport in Brisbane: buses, trains and ferries. Bus routes may be somewhat complicated for visitors, but they do cover most of the city. Trains, buses and ferries are equipped to carry bicycles. Brisbane's taxi cabs are either yellow or black & white, found in ranks in the city centre and near most major hotels.
